First Contact
Submit a briefing document about how your brand, event brief, timelines, and working budget, then a Lumina representative will get in touch with you to further scope out your requirements the soonest time possible.
Event Concept Pitch
Our representative will confirm a date of presentation within one to two weeks, and we’ll pitch the event concept and quotation to you. From here you can decide which direction to take your event in.
Contract Signing
After agreeing on the particulars of the events—performances, inclusions, timelines, and budget—we can begin getting your event off the ground. We’ll start coordinating for the necessary permits, technical details, and other items.
Onboarding
The bulk of our collaboration begins here. We’ll be coordinating based on the agreed upon details of the event pitch presentation, and have your event up-and-running until your break date.
